10. AIR CONDITIONERS

A. shall have landscaped hedge around all sides
B. shall not be a noise nuisance
C. window A/C units are not permitted

20. ANTENNAS

A. satellite dishes are not permitted except satellite dishes 1 meter or less in size as approved by the FCCB.
B. TV and radio antennas are not permitted except those that have a profile of less than 12 inches above the roof line or beyond the house wall.

30. ATTIC VENTILATORS

A. shall not be visible from street
B. shall match wall color
C. shall not be a noise nuisance

40. AWNINGS

A. no awnings are permitted

50. BASKETBALL HOOPS

A. must be approved by the Architectural Control Board (ACB) on a case by case basis.
B. shall be commercially manufactured, portable type only.
C. not be located closer to the dwelling side of the sidewalk than one-half the distance to the main portion of the building.
D. shall be removed from view when not in use and at night.
E. shall not be used after sundown or before 10 AM
F. shall be maintained in good appearance and mechanical condition, free of rust and tattered net
G. shall be removed, collapsed and securely stored during a hurricane or severe weather warning.
H. failure to comply with any of the above requirements will rescind the approval for a portable basketball hoop.
