70. DRIVEWAYS AND WALKWAYS

 

A. driveways are to be black asphalt or brick pavers
B. walkways are to be concrete or brick pavers
C. installation of pavers on driveways or walkways requires prior ACB approval
D.driveways and walkways must be power washed, resealed and maintained, as needed.

80. ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, AND A/C PIPING

 

A. shall be pained to match the color of the wall to which they are attached.

90. ELECTRONIC INSECT TRAPS/LIGHTS

 

A. shall not be a nuisance and/or annoy neighbors

​

100. EXTERIOR HOUSE LIGHTS

 

A. additional light fixtures require approval of Architectural Control Board.
