Q: What is my assessment?
A: The assessment is the periodic amount due from each homeowner to cover the operating expenses of the common area and provide for reserve
funds for replacement of common facilities in future years. Coupon books are mailed to all homeowners at the end of each year for the following year payments due. Assessments are due on the first day of the quarter: January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st. A late fee is added to the account if payment is not received in the Management office by the 15th of the month due. If the assessment is not paid within 60 days, it will be turned over to our Attorney for collection and the homeowner will be responsible for the added attorney fees involved in the collection process. Automatic withdrawals from your bank account can be arranged. Contact the Management Company for more information.
